JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. 2. These two applications for bail u/s 438 Cr.PC. arises out of the same FIR registered for offence u/s 406, 484, 498A and 497 IPC and therefore, they are being disposed of by this common order. 3. Complainant Anjana filed a complaint making allegations of demand of dowry against the present petitioners. Petitioners Badam and Ram Chandra are the mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the complainant, while Smt. Kali and Smt. Lada are Nanad and petitioners Bhoopendra and Ram Prasad are husbands of Smt. Kali and Smt. Lada, respectively. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that articles (Stridhan) belonging to the complainant have been deposited with the police at the concerned Police Station, it is further contended that Durga Lal; husband of the complainant has been arrested by the police, who is not before this Court and that there are general allegations against the present petitioners. 5. On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application and contended that there are allegations of cruelty and demand of dowry against the petitioners. 6. Having considered the rival submissions and taking into account the natured of allegations against the petitioners, I consider it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioners. 7. Therefore, the SHO/Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer of Police Station, Deoli, district Tonk is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners (1) Smt. Badam (2) Ram Chander (3) Smt. Kali @ Prem (4) Bhupendra (5) Ram Prasad and (6) Smt. Lada in FIR No. 62/2002 of aforesaid Police Station be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with two sound sureties in the amount of Rs. 10,000/- each to the concerned SHO on the following conditions: 1. that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; 2. that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer; and 3. that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court. Bail application allowed. *******
