JUDGMENT : 1. Let notices go to the respondents returnable on or before 24.10.2002. 2. Notice shall indicate that the matter shall be taken up or 24.10.2002 along with Contempt Petition No. 461/2002. In addition to usual mode of service, the respondents may be served by dasti as well as through their counsel who earlier appeared on their behalf. Notices shall also indicate that the respondents may file their counter affidavit on or before 22.10.2002. 3. Personal appearance of the respondents is dispensed with.
