JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor, and perused the case diary. 1. This application for bail under Section 438 Cr.PC., arises out of the First Information Report registered for offence under Section 19/54A of Rajasthan Excise Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle and that the liquor seized was being transported under Excise Permit No. 125027 dated 5.6.2002 which was valid upon 12.6.2002. Counsel also produced the original permit for perusal of the Court. 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it is just and proper to grant bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 4. Therefore, the SHO/Arresting Officer/Investigating officer of Police Station Bagru District Jaipur is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioner Inder Prakash Punjabi in Crime FIR No. 210/2002 of aforesaid Police Station be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount to his satisfaction on the following conditions - 1. that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; 2. that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer; and 3. that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous . permission of the Court. *******
