Judgment :- The petitioner prays for a mandamus to direct the respondents not to open any new IMFL shop at Thenneerapanttal vilai, Kattathurai Junction. 2. Heard both sides. 3. The learned Government Advocate states that the petitioners have forwarded their representation only during the last month. 4. Without going into the merits in the contention of the petitioner, it is sufficient to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.9.2002 to the first and second respondents and dispose it of in accordance with law and on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the W.P.M.P.No.58943 of 2002 is closed.
