ORDER : 1. It transpires that the States of Goa, Orissa and Chhattisgarh and Union of Territory of Chandigarh have not yet constituted the Tribunal under the Wakf Act. Ms. A. Subhashini appearing for the State of Goa submits that steps have been taken and the Tribunal will be shortly constituted. Learned counsel appearing for the State of Orissa also states that the Cabinet has taken the decision to constitute the Tribunal. So far as the State of Chhattisgarh is concerned, both the States of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are represented by a joint Tribunal and the same is working and therefore, there is no impediment on that score. 2. All these States, where no Tribunal has been constituted as yet, are directed to constitute the same within four weeks from today and the necessary notification of constituting the Tribunal should be filed in this Court. 3. List after four weeks.
