Judgment :- Mr. V.N. Mohanraj, learned counsel for the respondent Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board on instructions represents that the petitioner has E.PADMANABHAN, J. paid the arrears of sewerage and water tax as per the impugned Distraint Order and therefore nothing survives. 2. While recording the statement made by Mr. Mohanraj, Standing Counsel for the Respondent, this writ petition and W.M.P.No.2055 of 1999 are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
