JUDGMENT : 1. The Report dated 28th October, 2002 of the Central Empowered Committee has been filed. The same is taken on record. With regard to the formation of the Society and the residential accommodation for the Chairman which is referred to in the said Report, Mr. Mukul Rohtagi wants some time to consider the same and he states that in the meantime the accommodation in occupation of Mr. P.V. Jayakrishnan may continue to be occupied by him. 2. To come up on 16th December, 2002 before a Bench of which Hon'ble Mr. Justice Y.K. Sabharwal is a Member.
