ORDER : 1. By order dated 23rd September, 2002, the Delhi Administration had been directed to hand over possession of 44 rooms which remained with them. A report has been filed indicating that 42 rooms have been vacated and possession handed over to the District Judge. The two rooms which have not been vacated are Room No. 311 which along with Room No. 306 is in the occupation of the Litigation Department of the Union of India. These rooms need not be handed over to the District Judge as the Litigation Department will have to be situated in the Tis Hazari Complex for the efficient functioning of the Court. Similarly, Room No. 285A is with the Ministry of Home Affairs and that room is utilized, we are informed, for photographing the convicts after sentence has been awarded to them. That room would also necessarily have to remain for the purpose for which it is being utilised and the same need not be surrendered to the District Judge. 2. Mr. Rajiv Dutta, learned senior counsel states that some orders have to be passed with regard to the premises in Patiala House. He states that an application has been filed by the New Delhi Bar Association. Let the said application be listed for hearing after Diwali Vacation. 3.
