JUDGMENT : 1. In view of the affidavit filed by the State Pollution Control Board, since the pollution control devices have been installed, and some time is necessary to stabilise, it would be meet and proper to have a fresh inspection after three months and submit a status report to this Court. The Pollution Control Board is directed to have a fresh inspection after three months and then submit the report to this Court. 2. List thereafter.
