ORDER : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The learned senior counsel for the respondent-State submits that on the basis of the CBI report, FIR is registered and appropriate charge-sheet would be filed in due course. He further submits that all the concerned police officers having attached to the police stations are suspended from service and the said persons would be posted outside the district because of the apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in such type of cases, as held by this Court in various decisions, the affected person is entitled to get compensation and it is obligatory on the Court to award compensation. As against this, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that at present the FIR is registered and everything would depend upon the result of the prosecution. Therefore, there is no question of awarding any compensation at this stage. 3. For dealing with this contention, the matter may be placed after six months
