ORDER : R. C. Lahoti, J. On behalf of the Union of India, once again there is a prayer for adjournment seeking time to file a response. In view of the previous adjournments given, one more opportunity is allowed to Union of India for filing its response, but subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/- by way of costs to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. 2. However, if the response is filed within one week from today, the costs shall stand waived. Order accordingly.
