ORDER : The Tribunal in the impugned order has relied upon its earlier order made in A-1824 CAL/2000, dated 8-11-2000 which the Revenue has not chosen to challenge. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal. The appeal is dismissed accordingly.
