ORDER : 1. Let copy of the application filed on behalf of New Delhi Bar Association in respect of rooms in occupation of Delhi Publication Division be supplied to counsel for Union of India, High Court and the petitioner. Let them respond to that application within four weeks. We have no doubt that before responding the High Court will have the building inspected. 2. I.A.No.9 filed by the High Court will also be considered on the next date of hearing. 3. If any party wants to respond thereto may respond within two weeks. 4. Put up on 16th December, 2002.
