ORDER : I.A. No.106 : In I.A. No.106, which had been filed in Writ Petition No. 3727/1985, the Court had directed on 23rd September, 2002 requiring all the States and the concerned Municipal Councils to file necessary response indicating why the oxidation ponds have not been erected and identify the land for the purpose of erection of the oxidation ponds. Though six weeks time had been granted, but this response has not been filed so far. We, therefore, direct all the States as well as concerned Municipal Councils to file their respective response within four weeks from today. 2. Put up this matter after six weeks. 3. Mr. Raval, the learned S.G. says that in I.A. 103 the affidavit will be filed in course of the day.
