ORDER : 1. I.A.No.7 is rejected. 2. Ms. Kamini Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing for the Union Territory of Chandigarh states that the Tribunal has already been constituted and affidavit to that effect will be filed in the course of the day. 3. Ms. A. Subhashini, learned counsel appearing for the State of Goa states that steps have been taken and Bombay High Court has been requested to nominate the District Judge who can be appointed as the Chairman of the Tribunal. 4. So far as the State of Orissa is concerned, Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta, learned counsel states that the decision has been taken and the notification will be made within a week from today. 5. Put up this matter after a week. If on that date the respective notification constituting the Tribunal is not filed, then appropriate direction can be issued.
