ORDER : 1. These review petitions would require a full dressed hearing in view of the contentions raised in the review petitions. 2. There is a telegram for adjournment on behalf of the petitioner but the petitioner has been praying for adjournment on several occasion and on that ground, we are not inclined to adjourn this matter. The interest of the petitioner is fully safeguarded by the Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) as well as by the Central Pollution Control Board. 3. Any further response be filed within four weeks from today. This matter may be listed on the first Tuesday of February, 2003, i.e., 4/2/2003 before a Three Judge Bench for final disposal.
