JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A 2. It has been conceded by the learned AGA that the mother-in-law Smt. Surjeet Kaur has been admitted to bail by the Additional Sessions Judge The petitioner is the father-in-law. 3. Considering the facts of the case, the applicant is also admitted to bail. 4.
