JUDGMENT : 1. In terms of orders dated 25th November, 2002, the Central Empowered Committee was asked to file its suggestions. A letter dated 12th December, 2002, written by the Member Secretary of the said Committee to the learned Amicus Curiae Mr. Ranjit Kumar has been brought to our notice, inter alia, stating that the Committee has received large number of voluminous Environment Impact Assessment Plans only in the last few days which are being examined and that the process of examination and formulation of suggestions is likely to take some more time. Under these circumstances, we would defer the consideration by a period of five weeks. 2. In respect of delegation pertaining to Gurgaon referred to in the affidavit of the State of Haryana, Mr. Ranjit Kumar states that he has just obtained a copy of the Notification No. SO 1189(E) of 29th November, 1999 from the learned counsel for State of Haryana and that aspect be also deferred for consideration to next date so that he can look into it. 3. Regarding the royalty to the villagers, affidavit has been filed by Commissioner & Secretary of Government of Haryana. A request is made for adjournment to file response thereto. Let that be done within four weeks. 4. Regarding the information which the Central Empowered Committee may require from State of Haryana in respect of terms and conditions of lease and other allied matters we have no doubt that the said State will fully cooperate and supply to the Committee the requisite information asked for. 5. The question of over burdening would also be considered on the next date of hearing. 6. Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned senior counsel for State of Haryana states that the compliance affidavit in terms of order of 25th November, 2002, will be filed in the Registry during the course of the day. 7. Post after five weeks.
