ORDER : 1. All States, excepting State of Goa, has constituted the Tribunal. Ms. Subhashini states that on behalf of State of Goa the matter is pending with Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court is requested to expedite the matter pending before it, and whereafter the State of Goa can notify the Tribunal in question. 2.
