JUDGMENT : I.A. NO. 1790 : 1. Application for clarification stands rejected. It is made clear that the Company would surrender 57% out of the 3.20 acres of land. Since by virtue of our earlier order 1.20 acres substituted on the other side of the road stand excluded. The Company would now be required to surrender 1.80 out of 2 acres of land.
