JUDGMENT : 1. The case is adjourned to 17.1.2003. 2. Delhi Police will file affidavit stating about the compliance of the order in respect of the passing of the trucks through Delhi in terms of the order dated 6th December, 2001. 3. F.D.R. be re-invested as before.
