JUDGMENT : 1. It is stated on behalf of the Union of India that a task force has been set up to go into the question of the method of accounting. It will take about eight weeks for the task force to give its report. List after eight weeks. 2. Issue notice in IA Nos. 9-10. Mr. R.K. Maheshwari accepts notice on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Applicant will indicate to Mr. R.K. Maheshwari an alternative site for constructing garbage dump. List on 31st January, 2002 for further orders.
