FAKHRUDDIN, J. ( 1 ) HEARD on M. (Cr.) P. No. 208/2002. It is submitted that the appellant is in custody since 27/2/1993. This appeal may take some time for hearing. ( 2 ) HAVING regard to the facts and circumstances of the case the appellant is in custody since 27/2/ 1993 and in view of the judgment of Supreme Court rendered in the case of Takht Singh and others v. State of M. P. , we feel that the appellant has to be granted bail. ( 3 ) ACCORDINGLY the application is allowed and appellant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of C. J. M. concerned for his appearance before the Registry of this Court on 3/7/2002. He shall thereafter appear before the trial Court on a date to be given to him in this behalf by the Registry and shall thereafter continue to appear before the trial Court and on all such other dates as may be given by the said Court in that behalf. ( 4 ) IT is mode clear that the personal bond shall contain photograph, the details of movable and immovable property belonging to appellant and crime number of the Police Station. Before bonds are accepted copy be supplied to State counsel. M. (Cr.) P. No. 208/2002 is accordingly disposed of. Parties are entitled for certified copy of this order. Petition allowed. .
