JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard Sri Vijay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned C.S.C. 2. The petitioner students be provisionally permitted to appear in the Board Examinations of Class X and XII at Centre i.e. Government Intermediate College Pratappur, Tahsil Khatima Distt. Udham Singh Nagar. However, their results shall not be declared till further orders.
