JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. Mr. Dhand, learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that cause of death is head injury, which has been attributed to Bihari Lal. No injury on the person of the deceased has been assigned to these accused-applicants. He further submits that these accused-applicants were on bail during trial. 2. These facts are not controverted by learned Public Prosecutor. 3. Considering these facts, we are inclined to suspend the execution of sentence of the accused-applicants 1. Jasia Ram S/o Lachha Ram & 2. Sagarmal S/o Jaisa Ram till disposal of the appeal. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that the execution of the sentence of the accused-applicants 1. Jaisa Ram S/o Lachha Ram & 2. Sagar Mal S/o Jaisa Ram shall remain suspended till disposal of the appeal and they be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (in words Rs. Forty Thousand) with two sureties of Rs. 20,000/- (in words Rs. Twenty Thousand) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court to the effect that they will appear before this Court on 26.11.2002 and as and when called upon to do so.Application allowed. *******
