JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. 1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. The applicants are facing trial for the offence punishable Under Section 304B read with Section 498A, I,P.C. The applicants are the elder brothers of the husband of the deceased. 3. According to the applicants, the applicants are residing separately and they have been falsely implicated due to long enmity between the parties as father and brother of the deceased had murdered the brother of the applicants. The complainants are facing prosecution for the offence punishable Under Section 302, I.P.C. for murdering the brother of the applicants, is factually correct, which raises doubt regarding false implication of the applicants. Therefore, the applicants may be released on bail. 4. Let the applicants Harbansh Singh and Jaspal Singh be released on bail in Case Crime No. 73-A of 2001 Under Sections 498A, 304B, I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D. P. Act, P.S. Bajpur, Distt. Udham Singh Nagar, on their furnishing a personal bond each and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C. J. M. concerned.
