JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : Learned G. A. has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, who prays for and allowed three weeks time to file counter affidavit. List thereafter. 2. In the meanwhile: it is provided that the petitioner Anil Kumar Bhatiya shall not be arrested in case crime no. 333 of 2001 u/Ss. 420, 467, 468 & 506 I.P.C. P. S. Kotwali, District Dehradun, until credible material is available against him in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Joginder Kumar v. State of U. R 1994 (4) SCC 260. However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and make himself available to the I. O. as and when required.
