O R D E R Petitioners who are A-1 to A-4 seek modification of the order passed by the Court below whereunder while granting bail to them they were directed to enter into a self bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- each with two local sureties for like sum each. Although bail was granted on 21-3-2001, the petitiners could not be released. They being residents of different places of the State, obviously it is difficult for them to produce the local sureties. Having regard to the same, their request for modification of the order may be considered. The petitioners can produce sureties possessing solvency certificates issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer affixing their recent photographs to the certificates and duly attested by the Mandal Revenue Officer. With the above said modification, the petition is allowed. --X—
