JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. With regard to the grievances made by the allottees of the plots in Zone Nos. 1-8 for tanneries it is stated that they would remain present at the site on 8-2-2002 at 11.00 AM and in presence of the Director of Industries as well as BOT Party they would point out their grievances/defects, if any. In this view of the matter, we direct the allottees having grievances, The Director of Industries as well as BOT Party to remain present at the site to sort out the contentions raised by the allottees. 3. Stand over for 21-2-2002.
