JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus from this Court commanding the respondent No. 1 to grant arm licence. It is settled law that the grant of arm licence can not be claimed as a matter of right, however, in case the recommendations have been made by the enquiry officer in favour of the petitioner recommending grant of arm licence to him, his case shall be expedited and decision shall be taken within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. In view of the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.
