JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A. G.A. 2. The applicant was involved in four criminal cases in which he has been enlarged on bail. 3. There are reasonable grounds to accept at this stage, the argument that the applicant has not committed the offence and there is no likelihood of his engaging himself in similar activity, if released on bail. 4. It is a fit case for bail. 5. Let the applicant Vijendra son of Sri Kali Ram, Rio Village Akbarpur Uood P.S.
