ORDER : 1. Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned Addl. Solicitor General has pointed out that despite Order of this Court dated 7.2.2002, Land and Development Officer has not furnished the full requisite information but has conveyed details with respect to only three blocks. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Land & Development officer shall make his client's presence in the Court on the next date of hearing. Land and Development Officer shall, in the meantime, file an affidavit pointing out the encroachments, if any, made on the State land. 3. We make it clear that in this petition, our directions are with respect to removal of encroachments on all public lands. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi is however, at liberty to take any action permissible under law for violation of any other Act or Rule, independent of our directions. 4. List on 8th March, 2002. The Commissioner of M.C.D. and Land and Development Officer shall also be present. Affidavit on behalf of Land & Development Officer shall be filed before the next date of hearing and its copies furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
