JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a sick lady. According to the F.I.R. only role of catching hold is assigned to the applicant. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case. I am of the opinion that it is a fit case in which the applicant may be enlarged on bail. 4. Let the applicant Sampatti Bist be released on bail in case crime No. 170 of 2001, u/s. 302 of the I.P.C., P. S. Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun.
