Order Heard the parties. This case relates to payment of death benefits, such as, family pension, provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, unpaid salary etc. 2. According to the petitioner, she is legally adopted daughter of late Amy Tiru, who was the Nurse Sister in M.G.M. College & Hospital, Jamshedpur and died in harness on 19th September, 1992. The petitioner claims to have obtained succession certificate in Succession Case No. 348 of 2000 and alleges non-payment of the dues aforesaid. 3. In spite of time allowed, the respondents did not choose to file any counter affidavit. 4. In the facts and circumstances, the case is remitted with a liberty to the petitioner to bring the matter to the notice of the Superintendent, Rajendra Medical College and Hospital, Ranchi, and Superintendent, Mahatma Gandhi College & Hospital, Jamshedpur, who will enquire into the matter and pay the admitted post death benefits to the legal heir of late Amy Tiru, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not yet paid. The respondents will take into consideration the succession certificate, if any, which the petitioner so produces. 5. If for one or other reason, the authority disputes one or other claim, will forward the ground to the petitioner within the time scheduled above. 6. If the amount has already been paid in favour of one or other, the Superintendent, Rajendra Medical College & Hospital, Ranchi, will forward the petitioner the details of such person, including the name and address and amount, already paid, within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In such case, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy against such person. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
