JUDGMENT This is a revision by the plaintiff against order dated 15.10.2001 in Civil Suit No. 20-A12000 of the 11th Additional District Judge, Bhopal. Arguments on the question of admission heard. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Shri Abdul Shakoor is representing defendant No. 6 Sajid Ali as an advocate and he is also the holder of power of attorney on behalf of the defendants No.1 to 5. According to the plaintiff Shri Abdul Shakoor cannot appear in this case in a dual capacity. It is not a matter to be decided by the Court. 'The trial Court has held that the plaintiff is free to refer this matter to the Bar Council which will decide it. So far as appearance on behalf of the defendants No. 1 to 5 is concerned, the trial Court may direct Shri Abdul Shakoor to file Vakalatnama of some other advocate on behalf of the defendants No.1 to 5. That will solve the point in issue. The revision stands disposed of.
