JUDGMENT : 1. In view of the report of the S.D.M. dated 29th November, 2001, no further action is called for in the contempt proceedings which are dropped but it will be open to the beneficiaries namely, the legal representatives of the deceased workmen, to take such action as may be available to them in accordance with law. Copy of the order is sent to the Labour Commissioner who will inform the legal representatives of the deceased workmen the order of this Court. 2. With the above observations, the contempt petition is disposed of.
