JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A. G.A. 2. Applicant accused was not named in the FIR which was lodged' on 27.10.2001. His name was brought to light after about 70 days when an information in writing was given on 18.1.2002. There is no direct evidence. 3. In my opinion, it is a fit case for bail. Let the applicant Ravi Vas son of Sri Atar Singh Rio Suneheti, P. S. Jhabreda, District Haridwar be released on bail in Case Crime No. 1 of 2002, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 36~ 302, 201 of IPC P. S.Jhabreda, district Haridwar on his filing a personal bond and adequate sureties to the satisfaction of C. J. M., Haridwar.
