JUDGMENT : I.A. No. 92 A copy of the application be served on to the standing Counsel for Delhi Administration with a direction that he should be able to take instructions during the course of the day. The I.A. would be taken up on 21.3.2002 before, however, any other matter. 2. Let it be placed on record that as regards the Project Silver Tulip being a part of the Technology Park Project, there are only 18 claimants amounting to Rs. 10,24,600/- out of which 15 claimants seek refund and three claimants seek allotment and the total claim on account of refund for fifteen claimants now stands at Rs.9,90,600/- and includes one further claim of Rs.60,000/- as appears from the supplementary report. 3. By reason of the availability of funds with the Registry, we direct payment in the same manner and method as recorded in the order passed by us yesterday. 4. Be it clarified that the claims for allotments would be dealt with separately by this Court at a convenient time. 5. Be it further clarified that in the event of there being a dispute inter se between Tejwant Singh and Prabhjot Singh and there also arises a dispute as regards the ultimate responsibility, Mr. Jain, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for Probhjot Singh upon instructions from his client in Court, submitted that his client would take the ultimate responsibility as regards payment and also prayed for liberty to apply for appropriate orders before this Court. We are, however, expressing no opinion in regard thereto but the statement, however, stands recorded as above. 6. Application for scheme of payment as filed by Mr. Probhjot Singh in connection with the Technology Park stands adjourned and the same will not be taken up today and tomorrow. The applicants would, however, be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief. 7. Shikka Developments Limited would also be at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities as regards the Vaishali Apartments, Project of Plot Nos. 23 and 26 connected with the Technology Park Limited. 8. As regards Abro Gold Project, the claim of Rs.50,000/- shall also be paid to the claimant in the same manner and method as we have directed earlier. Order accordingly.
