Judgment 1. The petitioner had retired on 30.11,2000 as a senior clerk from Rajendra Agricultural University although sanction had been made regarding gratuity and leave encashment vide annexures-2 and 3, the petitioner had not been paid so up- till-now, Learned counsel for the Unversity submits that processes are being made to make payment. 2. This writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to pay up the sanctioned gratuity and leave encashment within a period of six weeks next from the date of presentation of a copy of this order from the side of petitioner along with penal interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of due till the date of realisation.
