JUDGMENT Applicant Hazari Slo Harisingh Gurjar, RIo Kaikadi Chak. P.S. Kumbhraj, District Guna has applied for anticipatory bail on the ground that he is innocent. According to him he is of 60 years of age. All other co-accused have already been released on bail. He is involved in Crime No. 275/2001 of P.S. Kumbhraj under section 147, 148, 341, 324, 326, 307 and 506-B/149 of Indian Penal Code. He should surrender himself before concerned Magistrate and submit personal bond for Rs. 25,000/- with surety bond in the like amount to his satisfaction. Application is allowed. Surrender should be within 15 days from today, otherwise, the order shall lapse.
