M. KATJU, RAKESH TIWARI, JJ. ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. ( 2 ) PETITIONER is challenging the impugned order of the Central Administrative Tribunal. Allahabad, dated 2. 8. 2000. ( 3 ) WE have carefully perused the impugned order and find no illegality in the same. ( 4 ) IN paragraph 5 of the judgment of the Tribunal, it was observed that the post for which the petitioner seeks appointment, has already been banned and declared dying cadre. Hence, we find no infirmity in the Tribunals order. ( 5 ) THE petition is dismissed. .
