JUDGMENT : B.N. Kirpal, J. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following : 2. Copies of the minutes dated 25th March, 2001 have been placed on record by the solicitor General. Mr. AB Rohtagi, learned counsel stated that the same will be forwarded to the State of U.P. for compliance. Further action as proposed in the minutes should be undertaken and report be submitted to this Court after ten weeks. 3. In the meantime, we direct the ASI to conduct an examination and thereafter issue licences to Guides who would alone be authorised to act as Guides at Fatehpur Sikri. For conducting the examination the ASI may consult the Wakf Board. The examination should be conducted within a period of ten weeks from today and compliance report be submitted. It is declared that in the examination to be conducted by the ASI all persons who at present have been issued licences even by the Wakf. 4. Board would be entitled to take part in that examination irrespective of their qualification but after the examination is conducted and licences issued by the ASI, it is only those Guides who will be entitled to act as licenced Guides. List after ten weeks.
