JUDGMENT H.S. Bedi, J. - An adjournment slip has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As the matter has been pending after service since July 2001, we are not inclined to adjourn the case. 2. In view of the reply filed by the respondents. we find that there is a clear suppression of facts by the petitioners as the writ petition earlier filed by the petitioners had been dismissed on 27.4.2000 vide order Annexure R5/2. The petitioners thereafter filed a civil suit for seeking injunction which too, was dismissed and the appeal and revision against the aforesaid order were also dismissed. This fact has not been disclosed by the petitioners in this petition. We, therefore, find no merit in the petition. Dismissed. Petition dismissed.
