JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. In this writ petition, the order Annexure-7 is under challenge. This is an order passed by the Estate Officer under the Wakf Act. Against the order of Estate Officer appointed under the provisions of Wakf Act, appeal is provided before the District Judge. Such an objection has been raised by the respondent. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner prefers to withdraw this writ petition to file an appeal before the District Judge concerned. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. Any objection regarding limitation will be considered by the District Judge sympathetically to be condoned because the petitioner has chosen to come up before this Court. The respondents will not raise any objection as regards the limitation. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.Petition disposed of. *******
