JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard Sri J. C. Joshi for the revisionists and the learned A.G.A 2. Perused the copy of the impugned judgments. It is evident that the notice under section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereinafter referred to as the Code) was issue in the year 1984, in pursuance of which the bonds were executed by the revisionists. They should have been effective for a period of one year and since more than 17 years have elapsed, the bonds ceased to remain effective and, therefore the impugned order directing the filing of the bonds in case under sections 107/116 of the Code has become in fructuous and there fore, the bonds substituted are discharged. 3. The revision is disposed of accordingly. 4. Stay order dated 16.9.1985 vacated.
