ORDER : Kumar Brijesh, J. Having heard Mr. Lalit for the petitioners and Mr. R.F. Nariman for the Association, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned direction of the High Court relating to the salaries of the teaching and non-teaching staff. Mr. Lalit states that the petitioners have decided to close the institution. We are not inclined to examine that decision. The special leave petition accordingly stands dismissed. Special leave petition dismissed.
