This reference has been submitted by the learned Additional Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad vide his order dated 9-5-1997 in which the learned Additional Commissioner has recommended for setting aside the order dated 17-6-95 passed by the learned trial Court. It was also recommended by the learned Additional Commissioner that learned trial Court be directed to send his report on cancellation of the learned Additional Collector. 2. No objection has been filed against the recommendation made by the learned Additional Commissioner. 3. I agree with the recommendation of the learned. Additional a Commissioner because Government order issued under Section 126 of the U. P. Z. A. and L. R. Act specifically mentions that right of cancellation of lease lies to the Additional Collector. 4. Therefore I agree with the recommendation of the learned Additional Commissioner and reference is accepted accordingly. .
