JUDGMENT S.J. Mukhopadhaya, J. 1. The writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for direction on the respondents to publish his result of Primary Teachers Training Examination held in the year 1994 in which he appeared from Primary Teachers Education College, Kombir, Nowatoli, district-Gumla. 2. According to the petitioner, he after passing the B.A. Examination completed Primary Teachers Training Course for the Session 1989-91 in the Primary Teachers Education College, Nowatoli. Gumla. He appeared in 1994 Primary Teachers Training Examination having provided with Roll Code No. 1/01, Roll No. 12. The examination held from 2nd August, 1949 onwards and St. Ignitious School, Gumla was made the Examination Centre. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner has not been provided with mark sheet inspite of repeated requests and has been shown "fail" in the records of Bihar School Examination Board in Arts & Music (AMU) subjects. 4. The case of the petitioner is that he obtained 28 marks in Arts & Music (AMU) as certified by the Principal, Primary Teachers Training College, Gumla, vide Annexure 2/A, but in the records of the School Examination Board, lower 18 marks has been shown in the subjects and has been declared "fail". 5. As the matter requires determination by the respondents at the first instance and about eight years have passed after the examination, instead of hearing the respondents for the present, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. 6. If any application is preferred by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board. Patna will get the matter enquired through some competent person and communicate its decision to petitioner. 7. In case the allegation of the petitioner is found to be true, the corrected mark sheet be sent to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of representation. 8. On the other hand, if any adverse decision is taken, the authority will communicate the ground to the petitioner within the period aforesaid. 9. It may be mentioned that this Court has not determined the claim on merit. 10. The writ petition stands disposed of.
