ORDER S.J. Mukhopadhay, J. 1. The petitioner claims to be the owner of plot No. 484 under Khata No. 8, Thana No. 344 (Mauza Chakulia), Jamshedpur. 2. The case of petitioner is that the 6th respondent, Ram Ayodhya Singh is the tenant of petitioner on the said plot and 5th respondent Birendra Tiwary is an unauthorised occupant with the plot in question. It is alleged that the respondent Electricity Board give electrical connection to 5th respondent over the plot in question without asking for consent from the landlord-petitioner. 3. The 5th respondent, on appearance, has denied the claim of petitioner that he is the land-lord. The 5th respondent claims to be the owner of the plot No. 484. It is further stated that the petitioner has already filed an Eviction Suit against the petitioner pending before the civil Court of competent Jurisdiction. 4. In the circumstances there being disputed question of title, this Court is not inclined to decide the claim on merit. 5. The aggrieved person may move before the competent Court/forum for appropriate relief.
