ORDER : Ruma Pal, J. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. We direct that the Executive Committee of the Medical Council of India shall hold its meeting on 24th April, 2002 at 11.00 A.M. sharp and would decide all pending applications, including applications for approval, recognition, renewal of permission and letters of intent, etc. for running of the medical colleges. 3. The General Body of the Medical Council of India is also directed to hold its meeting on or before 1st of May, 2002.
